Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of receipt, as long as the product is not worn or damaged and tag is intact. We also accept exchanges for the same amount purchased.

Email: stella@kylierayne.com with your order number to start your return.

Please note, returns and exchanges are subject to shipping fees. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges. Promo codes are not valid for shipping cost.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods using a code for 20% off or higher, are final sale.

Kylie Rayne collection is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. Please us the tracking link via the shipping center. If the package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim. Kylie Rayne Collection cannot refund or exchange items without the original items sent back.
